4500ml of gelato. Super if you are going to be serving gelato by the scoop at your special event or party. How many scoops you get per napoli pan will depend on how generous you are with your scoops. It could be 40 scoops if you are restrained!

Our ice cream, is in fact gelato.

Gelato doesn’t have nearly as much fat thanks to the more predominant use of milk over cream. We don’t use eggs and cream is kept to a minimum. We churn slowly which gives less air into the mixture so that you get more gelato and less air.

Gelato should be served at a higher temperature than ice cream. -14 degrees C is great to give you a creamy and soft texture.

The lower fat in gelato allows the sweet fruity flavours to come through.
