Balsamic Fig Jam – jar size 42ml

 

This balsamic fig jam is a sweet and tangy spread made from Turkish figs, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. It has a thick and jammy texture with small bits of fruit throughout, and a complex flavour profile that combines the natural sweetness of figs with the tartness of vinegar. Perfect for pairing with cheese or spreading on toast. These jars are 42ml jars, so allow 4-5 teaspoonsful.

 

Ingredients: Turkish Figs (31.3%) (Sulphites), Water (31.3%), Sugar (28.2%), Balsamic Vinegar (8.5%), Lemon Juice (0.66%).

 

Made in a domestic kitchen where nuts and other allergens are used. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Shelf life approx. 2 years.

 

Artichoke Chutney – jar size 42ml

 

This strong-tasting Jerusalem artichoke chutney has a crunch, a nutty flavour and a chilli bite. The turmeric gives it a piccalilli tang. Perfect with a slice of cold ham.  Delicious with a chunk of strong cheese on a cracker. These jars are 42ml jars, so allow 4-5 teaspoonsful.

 

Ingredients: Artichokes (39.6%), Cider Vinegar (20.2%), Sugar (16%), Onions (8.5%), Cooking Apples (8%), Red Chilli Peppers (3.6%), Mustard Seeds (1.8%), Salt (0.89%), Garlic (0.64%), Pickling Spice (0.53%) [Coriander Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Chilli Flakes, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Allspice, Black Peppercorns, Cassia], Turmeric (0.24%).

Spicy Courgette Chutney – jar size 42ml

 

This courgette chutney is delicious with a ploughman’s, in a cheese sandwich or on a cheese board. The ginger and mustard seeds give it a spicy bite, but not so much to overpower the cheese. The brown sugar brings a light molasses flavour. These jars are 42ml jars, so allow 4-5 teaspoonsful.

 

Ingredients: Courgettes (34%), Onions (17%),  Apples (13.6%), Cider Vinegar (13.6%), Light Brown Soft Sugar (13.6%), Sultanas (6.8%) (Sulphites), Ginger (0.85%), Salt (0.17%), Coriander Seeds (0.14%), Mustard Seeds (0.14%), Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes.
