Made from whole loin of local outdoor reared pork, Somerset Charcuterie lonza is flavoured toasted telicherry pepper and juniper berries before air-drying for 4 weeks. Deliciously light and lean. Pair with creamy Brinkworth Blue cheese and a slice of pear.

Made with 154g pork per 100g of lonza. Ambient stable. Store between 0°C and 5°C. Use within 48 hours of opening.
