The West Country is renowned for its food and drink scene, and every year sees hundreds of entries into the Taste of the West Awards.

Our rich pastures and clear waters are an ideal landscape for growing and farming in, but it’s the combination of this, alongside the talent of dedicated growers, producers, farmers and chefs, that make the winning combination. We have plenty to be proud of, which is why we produce this ever-popular recipe book.

A Taste of the West Country has, once again, paired award-winning chefs and producers from the Taste of the West Awards to create this locally-inspired keepsake. Each pair comes from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, bringing you special recipes, using the finest local produce.
