Introducing The Dairy
Brinkworth Blue
Creamy blue cheese. Sweet, medium strength, delicious. Taste of the West 2016 Champion Cheese.
Wiltshire Loaf
The traditional North Wiltshire cheese that Ceri’s Great Grandfather used to make. Unique, hard, creamy, crumbly, medium strength, sweet and sharp. Matured for 2 -5 months.
Garlic and Pepper
Fresh creamy cheese rolled in garlic and pepper made from cows milk. Won an award at the British Cheese awards.
Royal Bassett Blue
Blue rind and a creamy centre. Named after Royal Wootton Bassett in the jubilee year.
Ice cream
We make ice cream using our own fresh milk and cream. We love experimenting with new flavours. We stock Vanilla, Chocolate (very chocolatey), Strawberry and Caramel. We make our ice cream in small batches and can therefore prepare all flavours to order.
Ice cream is available by the scoop, in 500ml tubs or in 5 litre Napoli pans.
Butter
We make salted and unsalted butter. It is simply presented, wrapped in waxed paper.
Wiltshire Cream
Lovely thick and fresh – there’s no going back once you have tried this!
Thick creamy live natural yogurt in 150ml and 500ml.
